Mr. (or Mrs.) Breaux:

I don't smoke. I just believe in the Constitution of the United States, which our city council and others across America regularly trample upon. The government, at any level, is not a babysitter. Mr. Alworth, in a recent article concerning his re-election stated his belief that the city council had a responsibility to care for the health of its citizens. The exact opposite is true. The citizens have a responsibility to care for their health. The city council has a responsibility to keep their nose out of our business.
