| This closed minded, bitter, hypocritical attitude is one of the reasons I rejoiced when I left Tyler a few years ago. Nobody is perfect, but nobody deserves this awful type of cancer.

Nobody is perfect. Not Senator Kennedy, not Heidi, not me. You argue that Senator Kennedy is not perfect and give him a pass, but you don't give Heidi one. And actually, you then infer that a majority of people in Tyler are closed minded, bitter, and hypocritical. What a stretch. I guess you are not perfect either.

Oh, I can be just as much a hypocrite as anyone, and I think that's human nature. I'm just sharing my personal view of my time in Tyler and I think this letter pretty much clarified that the closed-minded attitude is still generally there. But, point taken.

I lost a friend to glioblastoma. No one deserves that kind of death. But this is a free country and that's why we can blog on this board as we are, right?
