Heidi - David lives in Florida. He just doesn't realize that in East Texas a job paying 13.00 to start might be a pretty good deal. Cut the poor man some slack on this one. LOL

Cut yourself some slack, Bill.
My point in doing the math down to his hourly wage was specifically to say that he could have what is a fairly decent job and still be living solidly in poverty.
