Where is it written that employers have to provide health insurance?
It is very difficult to own your own company these days. My husband and father-in-law do it every day. Unless you have walked in their shoes, you have no way of knowing how stressful and demanding it is. They provide a lot of jobs in Tyler. I don't know how they do it with the amount of taxes they have to pay as a company. God forbid they make a profit.

Health insurance is a priviledge not a right.

You are way off base - employers should supply certain benefits for their employees if they are working full time and doing their job. At least they should pay partially for this - of course you speak out against welfare, but many of these people are on Medicad - which we as taxpayers must pay for this service. Ever heard of Parkland - the homeowners of Dallas county certainly have.
