Conservative: Tending to oppose change. Traditional, conserve status quo, restrictive, intolerant of forward thinking
Moderate: Not extreme or excessive, temperate, average, common, compromising
Liberal: Abundant, ample, generous, tolerant of other ideas


There is nothing wrong with being a Moderate.

I didn't say it was wrong to be a moderate. I said they should speak up -

I grew up believing that things were either right or wrong; up or down; left or right; black or white. None of this "gray area" thinking.

Wait a minute! I just read your definition of Liberal - tolerant of other ideas. Are you kidding me? Liberals are just as stubborn as Conservatives in their thinking.
