sorry, but when it comes to the protection of children and vulnerable adults, safety should be first and foremost. If that means removing those people from a dangerous environment and while investigating the individual(s) allegedly perpetrating crimes, then I'm all for it.

after all, look at the huge black eye the leadership of the Catholic Church gave itself by shuffling around pedophile priests instead of removing them and filing criminal charges against them. Do we really want to be a society that screams about the wrong that went on at that level, and to that degree, yet offer immunity to members of a sect that's cultivating a similar environment, because their civil and religious rights should be protected?
