Post Subject: Different School: Where I'm OK - You're OK... Read Article
Eric Berne wrote a book entitled "I'm OK - You're OK", a long time ago.
In my view, a more appropriate title would be "I'm not OK - You're not OK". But folks feels better thinking they're all OK, and I wants my rights, right now.
Ms. Linda Hocker, your post is appreciated and agreed to. It is a very different teaching world, in the public school system, that is. I believe salvation to be found in the private, Christian schools. The public schools are going the way of the US auto industry -- away. All because they're playing the wrong games, as exemplified in Mr. Berne's book, and others.
Consequently, a chapter in the book that I apply somewhere nearly every day is "Ain't it just awful?"
Gary Hall, Tyler. Time to pick up some neighborhood street trash, anyone care to join me?
