I know what you mean. Its really ridiculous. When I'm walking through a parking lot, I will see people leave their buggy next to their car or prop the front wheels up on the curbs that are in the parking lots. I just want to go up to them and ask them just how hard would it be to walk your buggy to the buggy return? Some of them its less than 20 ft away! And most of them look like they can use the extra steps to return the buggy. These people are just LAZY and INCONSIDERATE! Imagine how they would react if one of these buggies collided into their car and dented and scratched it up. You know they would be mad so why do they not return the buggy they used?
