I don't completely blame mothers - I AM ONE! What I blame is the break down of the family unit and that began with the women's movement. We completely lost our way when women began leaving home to work. Most women left home to work by choice when the movement began. They felt they needed to "find themselves". Now after 30 years we have made it almost impossible for a family to have one parent that can support the entire family. It just started to snowball down the hill.
I do agree that teachers aren't teaching anymore. They teach the test not the subject. It is not their fault that kids aren't learning.
