I would suggest you do a search of the Tyler Paper archives on Mary Voiles and read her numerous other rants and comments. I think you will find it interesting. With this information you can then research the differences between our legal system and that of Lithuania. Your research of her previous postings will answer your question of "Why Lithuania?". If she has access to this forum then I will be interested in her response. If she does not, you may have to submit your findings to the print version of the paper so she will see it.
