There are alot of Judgemental people in this world. I know it sounds bad that a murder gets the right to have a lawyer, but hey its their constitutional right. It is the lawyers job to defend whether the person is guilty or not. How do they know for sure, the lawyer was not there at the time of the murder, but if the offender has told the lawyer that they committed the murder ,then the offender has a confidentiality right the lawyer has to go by. I sure hate to see all these self rightousness people one day needing a lawyer. I hope they will rememeber practice what you preach.
Oh and one other thing, Perry Mason and Matlock were Tv shows, not real life.
