What is wrong with everyone? This is the definiton the law set in to motion.
Sex offender- generic term for all persons convicted of crimes involving sex, including rape, molestation, sexual harassment and pornography production or distribution. In most states convicted sex offenders are supposed to report to local police authorities, but many do not. (See: rape, molestation, sexual harassment, pornography)
I can rememeber as a teen growing up , there were many girls dating older guys and guys dating older girls. It was ok then, why has it changed so much that it is not ok now? Im talking the ages of the teens
1. you had 15,16, and 17 year old girls,dating 18 year old guys
2. you had 15,16,and 17 year old guys dating 18 year old girls.
3. when a guy got a girl preganant he did the right thing and got married.
4. in the times of the 30s,40s,50s,and 60s, girls were married at the young age of at least 14 to 15.
I know the times have changed, and there are more sick perverted people out there, but not all boys and girls and men and women should be under the same law as a sex offender.
Oh please dont get me wrong these sick people that have porn on their computers, or these men that have killed and raped these inocent women and children need to be delt with.
It is hard now these days to tell how old these young ladies are, I tell my son and his friends all the time you better check those girls IDs. Most of these young ladies dont look their real age, that is how some of these young men and older men are in trouble so much. Where are the parents, when they let these young girls out of the house with the provocative clothing on. Alot of this can be helped by teaching the young ladies about keeping body parts covered that should not be seen. There are some men and women wrongfully accused. When a young lady is mad at her boyfriend all she has to do is hollar rape and there you go he is in jail.
What Iam trying to say is, not all should be considered under the sex offender clause and be put under the death penalty.
DEATH PENALTY should not be for all that are classified as sex offenders. Just because the government names them sex offenders it does not mean they are. Before Society starts yelling death penalty they need to know the truth.
I am so glad that I do not have to get to heaven through any of these people that live on this earth. Even GOD will forgive these sick people if they ask for it. He is the last JUDGE and JUROR.

Robbin, I applaud you! I also agree with you about not attaching the death penalty to all "sex offenders". I am amazed at the way the girls of today look and dress. When you have someone who can look the part of a 21 yr. old as well as show a fake ID to that affect, what are our young men to do. I personaly have a friend who was dateing a young man who presented himself as an adult. All was fine until his parents found out about their relationship. THEY are the ones who pressed charges on my friend. Now she will be labeled the rest of her life as a "sex offender".
Don't get me wrong, the true offenders need to be punished. Someone who would take a child and do the things they do to them, before they (man or woman) kill them, should be subject to the death penalty. With a very speedy trial I might add. But each of these cases have to be considered on a one by one basis, not grouped together under a umbrella law.

Well..the answer to the question about where the parents are would be that kids can take clothes with them to change.
Death Penelty would not be good for that. These people need to get help.
