I watched the same kind of property increase's in Sacramento County California some years ago. Now they have increased beyond what they are worth. They are now having to re-evaluate. My property value is not worth the 6.7 increase nor was it last year or the last few years. Because some idot paid more than what it was worth the smith county appraisal folks use that as a base. What is worse; is that you can't talk to Mr. Babett about it.

You should see the increases in Anderson County. My property values increase by 48%.
