I just hope that the ones you have now are properly trained to do the job. Several years ago I recieved a ticket at the Super 1 on north Tyler. Would have been fine if I had deserved it. When I came out of the store about 9 at night, the ticket was stuck in the drivers side window, not on the windshield. If it had been placed on the windshield they would have seen the placard laying on the dash. And no it was not because of my vehicle being a large one where they could not reach it. I took time off from my busy schedule to go to court to appeal it, yes the heafty fine was dropped, but I still had to pay a $25.00 court cost fee. I do NOT feel I should have paid anything because of the incompetant civilian who wrote it to begin with.
