I'm sorry but that does sound eerily like something you would read in the headlines these days after some horrible act took place. And if that were the case, you would be screaming negligence on the part of the police.
I am all for Mr. Meckley's right to defend himself and I agree that it is wrong for anyone to make fun of him. However, I think he should be more careful in choosing his words.
