Not to mention, can you imagine the traffic problems with all the south Tyler kids trying to drive all the way up to the north loop everyday? If Tyler engineers would get wise and finally make 323 a freeway, it might not be so bad...

also if the schools were merged that way , it would be stressfull on the athletic teams because if the juniors and seniors are across town and the freshemen and soph's at the other end how would the teams practice together ? they would be driving across town just to hold practice and that would take half the time of the class period to get there and the other half to get back. Tyler is too big to just have one high school.
