Retail, restaurant center to be built on Loop 323

Bobby Asad is constructing a 24,000-square-foot building for Kinsey Krossing, a center that will be made up of retail stores and restaurants. Dundee Construction is the contractor for the $500,000 project at 1400 SSW Loop 323.
Chick-fil-A is modifying the parking lot and sidewalk to construct a double drive-thru at 5716 S. Broadway Ave. for $100,000. St. Andrews Environmental Fuel Systems Inc., of Arlington, is the contractor.
Oak Hills Ltd. is finishing out a 1,125-square-foot space at 6757 Old Jacksonville for Professional Office No. 1. Thornton Design & Construction is the contractor for the $48,000 project.
First Baptist Church of Tyler filed a grading permit for an outdoor gathering space. Tyler Ten Quality Corp. of Jacksonville, is the contractor for the $78,000 project.
Woodcrest, of Fort Worth, is renovating a 2,250-square-foot space in Olde English Village, at 3500 S. Broadway Ave., Suite 308, for The Barber Shop. The $44,900 project includes demolishing walls and new electrical service, restrooms, walls and ceilings.
Tyler Baseball Academy is renovating a 20,000-square-foot space at 4715 Candy Lane for D-Bat Batting Cages for $40,000. Work includes alterations to the facility to install netting for batting cages.
Meadow Plaza LLC filed a demolition permit for work on a 1,500-square-foot commercial space at 1114 W. Bow St. after M&M Records was damaged by fire. Ed Thompson is the contractor for the $30,000 project.
Bergfeld Center LP filed a demolition permit for work on the 4,200-square-foot space that formerly housed Joyner-Fry, at 102 E. Eighth St. Riley Harris Construction LP is the contractor for the $5,000 project.
Pine Brook Baptist Church is adding a bathroom at 3606 Van Highway for $10,000. Anderco Group is the contractor.
Jerry Kidd Oil Co. filed sign permits for Kidd Jones at 5015 S. Broadway for $1,670; 3401 S. Broadway for $2,645; and 1315 S. Beckham for $2,645. Leon's Signs is the contractor. Sign permits also were filed by Chick-fil-A, 5176 S. Broadway, $8,000, Chandler Signs; Peltier Subaru, 3200 SW Loop 323, $8,000, Leon's Signs; and Rex-Hide/Dyna-Mix, 705 S. Lyons Ave., $2,500, Hugh Hartgraves, Juan M. Aldana.

Casey Homes is constructing a 2,437-square-foot house at 5838 Thompson Place for $155,000.
AMK Holdings LLC is building a 2,767-square-foot home at 5706 Berkeley Drive for $150,000. Crescent Builders is the contractor.
Ryan Stubblefield is remodeling a kitchen, two baths and replacing windows at 1100 Arlington St. for $60,000. Darrell Edwards Custom Homes is the contractor.
Brian Davis is building a $44,000 pool at 1122 S. Chilton. Flamingo Bay Pools, of Hawkins, is the contractor.
Blake and Susan Moser are adding small rooms to make an attic space livable at 609 Huntwick Lane for $40,000. McKinney Homes LLC is the contractor.
