Bunny Hunt game is brought back this year
Staff Reports

The Tyler Convention and Visitors Bureau is bringing back the Bunny Hunt to the 54th annual Azalea and Spring Flower Trail. The bunnies last made their appearance along the Trail in 2009.

Officials said due to an overwhelming number of requests from past hunters, the Convention and Visitors Bureau decided to bring the hunt back this year.

The Bunny Hunt is a game in which visitors download clues from TylerAzaleaTrail.com to find where five small bunny figures are hidden.

Participants who find at least three bunnies are entered into a drawing for prizes. The more bunnies found, the better the prizes hunters are qualified to win. Answers can be submitted online and on most mobile devices, or hunters can pick up an entry form at the Chamber of Commerce and write in their answers. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Trail on April 7.

Prizes this year include a $25 gift card to Chuck E Cheese, a Hollywood Theater fun pack consisting of four movie tickets and two popcorn passes, a $50 gift card to Fickle Baby and a Family Plus annual membership to Caldwell Zoo.

The Family Plus membership includes unlimited admission for one or two adult members and their children or grandchildren age 18 and under. An added benefit to this type of membership is the addition of one guest per visit at no charge.

A new twist to this year’s hunt is the addition of the Bonus Bunny. The Bonus Bunny will be hidden along the Trail with the other bunnies, but people can only get clues or submit his hidden location on the Tyler Azalea Trail Facebook page. Everyone who finds the Bonus Bunny will receive a special treat.
