UPDATE: 1 Man Shot, Taken To Local Hospital In Smith County Shooting
One man was shot by another man at a location on County Road 1113, also known as Lake Placid Road, just west of Texas Highway 155 Thursday.
Smith County Sheriff's spokesman John Moore said the victim was taken to a local hospital. It is believed one of the men lives at the location.
No other information was available about the shooting Thursday evening nor was there information about what may have led to the incident.
