Road closure to affect Houston-Vine traffic
The west side of the intersection of Vine Avenue and Houston Street will be closed to through traffic from Monday to March 18 to complete the work of installing a new valley gutter , according to a press release from the city.
Residents are encouraged to find an alternate route.
