Texas Independence Festival set for Saturday
The Texas Independence Day Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Jim Hogg Park in Rusk.
The festival will include live reenactments, food, a petting zoo, train rides, live music, a blacksmith, jelly-making, calk walk, pottery, quilters, and more. The Hogg Museum and gift shop will be open for tours.
