Watley was arrested in the 300 block of Garden Lane and booked into the Rusk County Jail for first-degree murder. Henderson Police Lt. Craig Sweeney said Monday that police are investigating whether a possible long-standing feud between Watley and Moore may have contributed to the shooting.
He has said if it is true there was a long-standing argument between the two, he does not know what could have rekindled it.
