Country club adding swimming pool

Willow Brook Country Club, at 3205 W. Erwin St., is constructing a new swimming pool and pool area for $500,000. TSR Construction Inc. is the contractor.
DKT Investments is renovating the Whataburger at 1717 SSE Loop 323 for $200,000. Work includes an exterior facelift, replacing A/C, ceiling grid and tile, canopy and expanding restrooms. L&M Construction, of Gladewater, is the contractor.
Don McKenzie is remodeling a 300-square-foot retail space at 6004 S. Broadway Ave., in Woodcreek Village, for Ramil Cleofe's Kabayan Asian Food Mart. Work includes installing sinks in the kitchen, removing door and making new entryway to storage.
Wayne Hudson is renovating the 4,000-square-foot Sigal Heart Center at 820 Baxter for $47,500. Work includes adding and moving walls, new ceiling tiles and paint. Bill McCaa, of Flint, is the contractor.
Danny Allen is installing a solar energy system over the parking area at a pharmacy at 1301 Clinic Drive for $56,856. GreenLife Technologies, of Lindale, is the contractor.
The city of Tyler is installing a 1,458-square-foot shade structure at Faulkner Park for $45,000. USA Shade, of Dallas, is the contractor.
Meadow Plaza LLC is renovating a 1,800-square-foot space at 1500 W. Gentry Parkway for Donut Palace. Work includes removing walls and the HVAC, moving a sink, installing a floor drain, moving a hot water tank and replace the carport's metal. Ed Thompson is the contractor for the $48,500 project.
