A.M. UPDATE: Pope to resign; 20% of credit reports have errors

Citing advanced years and illness, Pope Benedict XVI stunned the Roman Catholic world this morning by saying that he would resign on February 28 after less than eight years in office. He is the first pope to do so in six centuries. New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan says he was as startled as the rest of the world about Pope Benedict XVI's announcement.
If you saw 60 Minutes on CBS 19 last night, you know you should take a good look at your credit report. There could be a mistake in it that could cost you money or keep you from getting a mortgage or a car loan. As many as 42 million Americans have errors in their credit report. That's according to a report from the Federal Trade Commission. 20 million have significant mistakes. The Consumer Data Industry Association is hitting back, saying 98-percent of credit reports are accurate.
