Dodge dealership files permit for service center improvements

East Texas Dodge is adding on to its Allen Samuels Tyler service center, at 3120 SSW Loop 323. Work includes partially remodeling the interior of the existing building and adding two lanes and a service writer department. CWA Construction Inc., of Waco, is the contractor for the $480,000 project.

Scotts Miracle-Gro filed a driveway permit for 13321 Farm-to-Market Road 206, off of Texas Highway 31 West. Francis Concrete is the contractor.
Tom Pyle filed a demolition permit for work of a 6,113-square-foot space at 5201 S. Broadway Ave., Suite 200, in Times Square Plaza, for $7,500. Pyle Properties is the contractor.
