NORTHEAST
ATHENS: Water clear, 49-53 degrees; 3.39' low. Black bass are slow on football jigs and Carolina rigs along deeper points. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are slow on prepared bait and cut shad.
BOB SANDLIN: Water clear; 48-53 degrees; 5.75' low. Black bass are fair on lipless crankbaits and squarebills. Crappie are good on jigs. White bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and cut bait.
CADDO: Water stained; 49-53 degrees; 0.44' low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged soft plastics. White and yellow bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines. MONTICELLO: Water fairly clear; 50-54 degrees; 0.32' high. Black bass are good on Texas rigged soft plastics and black and blue jigs around stumps. Squarebill crankbaits are good mid day. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on cut bait.

HOUSTON COUNTY: Water stained; 53-57 degrees; 0.17' low. Black bass to 4 pounds are fair on crankbaits and clear/metal flake Brush Hogs around brush, and on minnows from piers. Crappie are fair on minnows near the dam. Bream are slow. Catfish are slow.
LIVINGSTON: Water fairly clear; 60-64 degrees; 0.42' low. Black bass are fair on black/silver spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Striped bass are good on white striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Blue catfish are fair on trotlines baited with shad and cut bait. Yellow catfish are slow.
SAM RAYBURN: Water lightly stained; 60-64 degrees; 4.54' low. Black bass are good on pumpkinseed soft plastics worms, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. White bass are fair on live minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Bream are fair on worms. Catfish are fair on shrimp and nightcrawlers.
TOLEDO BEND: Water lightly stained; 60-64 degrees; 3.83' low. Black bass are fair on watermelon and chartreuse spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. SOUTH SABINE: Sheepshead and black drum are good at the jetty on live shrimp. Trout are fair around the Reef on live shrimp.
BOLIVAR: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on soft plastics and plugs. Black drum and redfish are good at Rollover Pass.
TRINITY BAY: Trout are fair to good in the marsh on plastics. Redfish are good at the spillway on crabs and mullet.
EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on Catch 5s, MirrOlures and Catch 2000s. Whiting and sand trout are good on the edge of the Intracoastal on fresh shrimp.
WEST GALVESTON BAY: Sheepshead, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp and crabs. Trout are scattered on the shorelines, but best in the afternoon for waders.
TEXAS CITY: Redfish are fair in Moses Lake on mullet and shrimp. Sand trout are good around the dike in the channel on shrimp.
FREEPORT: Sand trout and sheepshead are good on live shrimp on the reefs. Black drum are good in Cold Pass and San Luis pass on cracked blue crabs.
EAST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout are fair to good for drifters in the afternoon on soft plastics over humps and scattered shell. Redfish are fair to good on the edge of the Intracoastal on crabs and mullet.
WEST MATAGORDA BAY: Redfish are fair to good at the edge of Oyster Lake on shrimp. Trout are fair in the guts. Black drum are fair to good at the jetty on crabs.
PORT O'CONNOR: Trout and redfish are fair over soft mud in waist-deep water in San Antonio Bay. Trout and redfish are fair for drifters working the back lakes with live shrimp.
ROCKPORT: Redfish are good in the Lydia Ann Channel on crabs. Trout are fair over grass while drifting with live shrimp.
PORT ARANSAS: Redfish and black drum are good in the Shrimpboat Channel on crabs and finger mullet. Redfish and sheepshead are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp.
CORPUS CHRISTI: Redfish are fair to good around Shamrock Cove on spoons and Gulps. Trout are fair to good on the edge of the spoils on Gulps and live shrimp.
BAFFIN BAY: Trout are fair to good in mud and grass on Corkies and topwaters. Redfish are fair along the spoils on gold spoons and Gulps.
PORT MANSFIELD: Trout are fair to good around sand and grass holes on MirrOlures. Redfish are fair to good while drifting pot holes.
SOUTH PADRE: Trout and redfish are fair to good on the edge of the Intracoastal on DOA Shrimp and Gulps. Redfish are good in South Cullen Bay on Gulps.
PORT ISABEL: Trout and redfish are fair to good in South Bay on live shrimp. Redfish are fair at Three Island on Gulps and soft plastics under rattling corks.
