Health services compnay files permit for office on Earl Campbell Parkway

Centene Corp., based in St. Louis, Mo., filed a building permit to construct a 51,650-square-foot office facility and to landscape the surrounding area at 3258 Earl Campbell Parkway. RLM General Contractors, of Longview, is the contractor for the $8.5 million project.
Bergfeld Center, L.P. is remodeling a 2,100-square-foot space at 120 E. Eighth St. Riley Harris Construction, L.P. is the contractor for the $38,000 project.
Sign permits were filed by Cash America, 2112 W. Gentry Parkway, $7,500, Design Center Signs; and Integrity Computer Services, 502 S. Broadway Ave., $3,000, Josh Houston.

Steven Simmon is remodeling a bathroom at 3007 Oak Knob St. for $15,000.
Jesse Gooden is replacing 10 windows at 3113 Pine Haven Road for $11,507. Sears Home Improvement is the contractor.
