A.M. UPDATE: Robbery thwarted at Jucy's, Sick-time protest at Trane

ROBBERY ATTEMPT AT JUCY'S
The Tyler Police Department is looking for a man in connection with a possible robbery at Jucy's Hamburgers on Fifth Street last night. The victim was an employee of the business. He told police he was met at the door by a man wearing a hoodie and holding a hand gun. The victim shut the business door and the suspect fled the area on foot. The suspect is described as 5 feet 10 to 6 feet tall, with a slim build, and wearing a dark colored hoodie. No one was injured, police said.

SICK TIME PROTESTS
Our news partners at CBS 19 are reporting that local Trane union workers gathered with signs in hand to share how they felt about new policies that require documentation for sick time off. Employees are expected to notify their supervisor in advance of an absence whenever possible and provide appropriate documentation when they return. The employees want to be able to call in and take a sick day when they feel they need one, without a doctor's note. That's what the policy was before.

AUSSIE RADIO DJS AVOID PROSECUTION
British prosecutors said today two Australian radio hosts who made a prank call to the hospital treating Prince William's pregnant wife Kate would face no criminal charges over the death of the nurse. Jacintha Saldanha, who answered the phone, was later found dead due to suicide. She put the call through to a colleague who disclosed details of the Duchess of Cambridge's condition during treatment for an extreme form of morning sickness in the early stages of pregnancy. British official said that, after an investigation, there is no evidence to support a charge of manslaughter.
