A.M. UPDATE: Motorcycle wreck on Troup Highway, injuries reported
MOTORCYCLE WRECK ON TROUP HIGHWAY
Emergency crews were on the scene of an accident involving a motorcycle this morning.
It happened around 8 this morning at the intersection of Troup Highway and Lindbergh Drive. We know there are injuries, but we are not sure how severe. An ambulance left the scene for East Texas Medical Center at around 8:15 a.m. We'll keep you updated here at TylerPaper.com as more details become available.

MORGAN FREEMAN PHOTOBOMBS COLLEGE GAME
A photo from last night's University of Kentucky vs. Ole Miss college basketball game is making the rounds on social media this morning. Actor Morgan Freeman is in the photo -- is he in his screen role of God? Or maybe the U.S. president? Nope! He's just hanging with some Ole Miss cheerleaders. A resident of Mississippi, Freeman is becoming known as one of the Rebels' leading supporters.
A-ROD MIGHT BE OUT AS YANKEE
The New York Yankees, embarrassed by the latest charges against All-Star third baseman Alex Rodriguez, will explore the possibility of voiding Rodriguez's contract or hope that Rodriguez simply retires, freeing up $114 million, USA Today reported this morning.
The Yankees were surprised Tuesday by a published report that Rodriguez purchased performance-enhancing drugs in 2009 and 2012 from a South Florida wellness clinic, Biogenesis, owned and operated by Anthony Bosch.
Major League Baseball plans to summon Rodriguez to its New York offices after it receives paperwork from Drug Enforcement Agency officials, according to a high-ranking baseball executive who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.
