Staff Reports
The Nonprofit Development Center of the United Way of Smith County is offering coaching sessions for nonprofit leaders.
This year, the center’s “Coffee with Consultants” program will offer “Leading Change — Getting in Front of It,” presented by Brian Brandt and Ashley Kutach from Coreinsights, and “Raising $: It’s All About the Donor,” presented by Peggy Berry of Peggy Berry Consulting.

These small group coaching sessions, led by professional consultants, provide deeper work on key areas of managing a nonprofit. Each group will meet once a month for four months and is limited to 10 participants. In addition, each participant may have individualized phone consultations with the session leader between sessions if needed.
Each series of four sessions is valued at $3,000, but as a result of foundation underwriting, participants will pay only $149.
