UPDATE: East Texas conservative GOP groups to host town hall meeting Tuesday
Grassroots America – We the People and Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute will co-host a “Be Bold Texas” Legislative Town Hall meeting 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene, 10818 Spur 248 in Tyler.
Property tax reform, taxpayer protections, job growth, cutting the regulatory burden on small business and strengthening the state will be discussed.
“The current crisis in Washington demands bold action in Texas,” the group's release said. “By rethinking, reforming and reducing state taxes, Texas can unleash growth and job creation while Washington careens toward each new fiscal cliff.”
