Southside Bancshares is building a 17,000-square-foot concrete block building and steel structure with brick veneer for its Southside Bank Data Center at 1010 E. First St. for $3.5 million. Riley Harris Constriction LP is the contractor.
Halle Properties, of Scottsdale, Ariz., is constructing a 9,842-square-foot facility for Discount Tire Co. at 9098 S. Broadway Ave. for $750,000. Jamail & Smith Construction, of Houston, is the contractor.
Kevin and Dona Halbert are building a 1,863-square-foot building for the retail business, Kitchen Drawer, at 7268 Old Jacksonville Highway. Thornton Design & Construction is the contractor for the $190,000 project.
XTO Energy Inc. is finishing out a 1,900-square-foot shell space for new offices for $82,300. RPR Construction Co. Inc. is the contractor.
