Straus unanimously re-elected as Texas House Speaker

By ADAM RUSSELL

Joe Straus, R-San Antonio, unanimously re-elected Texas House Speaker without contest today in Austin.

Rep. David Simpson, R-Longview, withdrew his candidacy for the Speaker before the vote.
