Texas National Bank building two-story branch in Tyler

Jacksonville-based Texas National Bank is constructing a two-story, 12,600-square-foot bank branch office building at 2133 W. Grande Blvd. for $1.4 million. Berry & Clay Construction, of Rusk, is the contractor.

Smith County filed a permit for demolition work to the 15,220-square-foot Smith County Adult Probation Office at 218 Locust St. for $25,000. Jacobe Brothers Construction is the contractor.
2R Tyler Properties, of Terrell, is adding new exterior finishes to the Randall Noe Fiat dealership, at 3916 SSW Loop 323, for $42,300. The Morgan Group, of Rockwall, is the contractor.
A loft is being added to the front of the Super Food Mart gas station at 2431 ESE Loop 323 for $40,000. Patel is listed as the owner and Cazaquez Construction is the contractor.
Brad Watson is adding a parts storage room at Broadway Power Sports, at 2850 SSW Loop 323, for $30,000.
Tiger Rock and Charles Louffer are taking out walls and replacing them with glass and adding a wall in the back of the 2,000-square-foot building that houses Tiger Rock Martial Arts, at 4027 S. Broadway Ave. TLiniT 3 is the contractor for the $18,000 project.
