Smith County constable involved in three-vehicle wreck
A Smith County Precinct 4 Deputy Constable was involved in a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Lopp 323 and American Legion Road.
A service truck and a Fed Ex delivery van were also involved in the accident.
Constable Bobby Sanders appears to be fine and walking around after the accident, according to reports.
A couple of people will be transported to the hospital.
