The incident happened about 3:30 p.m. Friday at 618 N. Ellis Ave., east of North Palace Avenue and south of West Gentry Parkway.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Kebodrick Terrell Osborne, 17, for the offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to a police department news release.

Osborne is described as a black male who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 185 pounds, according to the news release.
