Tyler man sought by Rusk County Sheriff's Office
The Rusk County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help locate a Tyler man.
Roy Edward Smith, 31, is wanted by the Rusk County Sheriff's Office for an active warrant of retaliation, a third-degree felony.
Sgt. Viki Penny said more details of the offense will be released when an arrest is made.
Rusk County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for Smith's apprehension.
