UPDATE: Man's Condition Upgraded After Motorcycle Wreck

A man was listed in critical condition after a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon.
A man was listed in critical condition after a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon.
The accident happened about 3 p.m. on Farm-to-Market Road 850, about half a mile west of County Road 21.
Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Richard Hoover said John Bayless was headed west on the FM 850 at an unsafe speed. Bayless went into a ditch on the right side of the road, hit a culvert underneath a driveway and flipped his motorcycle, he said.
Bayless was not wearing a helmet and landed face down, the trooper said, but he was responsive to emergency crews.
He was taken to East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.
