Brookshire's wins highest Junior Achievement honor

The Brookshire Grocery Co. has been selected as the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame laureate for 2013.
This is the highest honor given by Junior Achievement, an organization that exists to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy, according to a Junior Achievement news release.
Laureates must have demonstrated inspiring business and community leaders, industry vision pertaining to their professions, business and civic role modeling, and exemplary professional achievements, according to the news release.
The induction ceremony will take place during a reception on Feb. 28 at the Tyler Rose Garden Center.
