Cold front ahead
A strong cold front will approach the region today. This will provide a chance of showers and thunderstorms later this afternoon and evening. Strong north winds will develop during the evening into the overnight hours bringing much colder air to the region. Clouds will remain through most of the day on Monday and clear late in the day and early evening. Temperatures are expected to fall into the mid 20s Monday night and again Tuesday night.
Daytime highs will be in the 40's and 50's for much of the week with a slow warming trend through the end of the week.
