A.M. Update: Eltife proposes state term limits; Fiscal Cliff will not affect Tyler's day-to-day functions
State Sen. Kevin Eltife, of Tyler, filed a bill Wednesday to allow Texas voters to decide whether statewide elected officials should be limited to two consecutive terms.
