Suddenlink working to restore full email service to customers
Suddenlink Communications continues to work today to restore full email service to all of its customers who have been experiencing problems since Friday, representatives said.

“All customers should now have the ability to send and receive email through Suddenlink's email service, and the vast majority should have full service, including access to all mail, folders, contacts and settings,” Gene Regan, director of corporate communications for Suddenlink, said in an email. “We will continue working until the remainder of customers have full email service restored. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers.”

The Tyler Paper is trying to find out from Suddenlink officials how many customers' emails were affected and what caused the problem.
