UPDATED: Firefighter remains in ICU after wreck

A Jackson Heights fire fighter remains in ICU following a Friday night wreck.

Dispatchers with the Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed the collision occurred on Farm-to-Market 2767, East of County Road 387.
Jean Dark, DPS spokeswoman, said three of the department's firefighters were traveling together in a personal vehicle when the collision happened.

Jim Seaton, Smith County Fire Marshal, said the firefighters were on their way to the station to respond to a motor vehicle accident. He said their vehicle rolled over, but he could not confirm the events leading up to the accident.
According to officials, all there were taken to East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. Two were treated and released but one remains in the ICU.
