Jamal Moharer is grading a 3,822-square-foot parking lot for his Taxi Cab Co. at 319 N. Bois D’Arc Ave. for $10,000. Caspian is the contractor.
Richard Tutt is adding a room at 9285 Chisholm Trail for $60,000. Bayless Custom Homes is the contractor.
Harmon L. Chappell is building a 3,500-square-foot metal barn at 1811 Jeff Davis Drive for $50,000.
Balser Homes Inc. is adding a single bay extension to a garage and an additional driveway at 1341 Coldwater Cove for $40,000.
Juana Vega is replacing windows, doors and roofing at 710 N. Della for $8,500.
Woods Garden Club filed two grading permits to create a flow channel for rain water at 3620 and 3626 Long Leaf for $3,000 each.
Guillermo Blas is building a carport at 307 E. Rosedale for $5,230. Carolina Carports Inc., of Dobson, N.C., is the contractor.
Veronica P. Rodriguez is repairing an old roof damaged by a fallen tree at 430 E. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. for $2,500.
Carter Delleney is replacing two windows at 1318 Dulse St. for $1,009. Lowes is the contractor.
Brian and Julie Manley are replacing kitchen cabinets and adding lighting at 5817 Quail Creek Drive for $1,000. Lloyd Construction, of Troup, is the contractor.
Driveway permits were filed by Moss Concrete, 820 McClenny, $2,000; Gonzalez Concrete, 2593 Pinecrest; and Diane Proctor, AJ Concrete, 1316 Lenox St., $1,200.
There were also 13 HVAC permits filed.
