New permit filed for petroleum building
Peoples Petroleum Building LLC filed a building permit for renovations of 9,150 square feet of space on the 10th and 11th floors of the Peoples Petroleum Building, at 102 N. College Ave. Work includes new finishes, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Garrett & Associates General Contractors is the contractor for the $982,000 project.
Trinity Mother Frances Hospital filed a permit for Parking Lot “I” at 800 E. Dawson for $48,000. Work includes relocating parking and adding a driveway entrance to the parking garage. L&L Asphalt Corp. is the contractor.
Roosth Properties is remodeling the interior of a 4,652-square-foot demised space at 4043 S. Broadway Ave. for Safelite Auto Glass. Embree Construction Group Inc., of Georgetown, is the contractor for the $45,000 project.
Cash Now, of Gilmer, filed a building permit for work on the 1,501-square-foot Cash Now office at 2701 WSW Loop 323, Suite 100, for $40,000. Henson Builders LLC, of Gilmer, is the contractor.
Patti Mehling is finishing out an 868-square-foot space at 2210 Three Lakes Parking, Suite 145, for Just Imagine at The Market, a toy store. CBG Root Construction LLC is the contractor for the $35,000 project.
Lift Truck Supply Inc. is adding two offices to its building at 3305 Robertson Road for $24,000. SHR Construction Co. is the contractor.
