East Texas Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse officer to speak on radio show

Linda Oyer, chief executive officer of the East Texas Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse, will be featured on this week’s Tyler Chamber Radio show.
The mission of the council is to reduce substance abuse and dependency within its 23-county area in East Texas.
