Permit filed for Julian's Restaurant building

Schulz OJ, LLC filed a building permit to construct a 10,815-square-foot building for Julian's Restaurant, at 7212 Old Jacksonville Highway.
Kessinger Development Group is the contractor for the $1.2 million project.

McMillin Holdings LLC filed a permit for demolition work on the 5,900-square-foot Higher Heights Baptist Church building, at 3510 Chandler Highway. Caliber Associates, of Mineola, is the contractor for the $22,000 project.
