UPDATE: Man, 23, arrested for Sept. 30 shooting that left another man paralyzed
Tyler Police today arrested Trent Durell Mumphrey, 23, for aggravated robbery.
Police say Mumphrey is responsible for the shooting of Dasha Webb at 628 S. Augusta, on September 30, that left Webb paralyzed.
Investigators located Mumphrey at a residence on County Road 3111 in Smith County. Mumphrey was taken into custody and transported to Smith County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
