Super 1 fuel store under demolition

Brookshire Grocery Co. filed a demolition permit for the Super 1 Foods fuel store No. 625 at 3000 WNW Loop 323. Toro Industries, of Garland, is the contractor.
Richard Haynie, of Athens, filed a demolition permit for work at the former Knotty Girls Stitchery space at 322 ESE Loop 323, Suite 156, for Pinot’s Palette. Whitehorn Construction LLC, of Houston, is the contractor for the $3,000 project.
Sign permits were filed by East Texas Family Chiropractic, 3320 Troup Highway, $1,200, Leon’s Signs Inc.; and Title Max, 6784 S. Broadway Ave., $7,000, TMX Finance Corp., Giant Sign Co.
