Malakoff man killed in early morning crash in Tyler
A Malakoff man was killed in a single-car crash on Grande Boulevard in Tyler early today, according to Tyler police.
At approximately 12:37 a.m., officers responded to 3200 Grande Boulevard, where witnesses told them one vehicle had driven off the roadway westbound and flipped several times.
The driver, Rocky Lee Padget, 29, of Malakoff died at the scene. A passenger, Darrell Grayer, 25, of Tyler was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The crash is still under investigation by Tyler Police Department.
